In-Personal Research Consultations To ensure a productive experience, please contact an archivist in advance to discuss your research needs; this allows us to coordinate your request, pull relevant materials and schedule your consultation. On the day of your visit, please submit any additional material requests by 2:30 p.m.

Records Management and Collecting Policies
We are a public research facility... housing records and artifacts relating to Edmonton Public Schools from yearbooks to school histories to various other holdings
The Board believes that... records and objects assist in the interpretation of history our archival holdings should be accessible to Division staff, students, parents and the general public, subject to any restrictions imposed by law or Division policy and regulations
