How To Contribute
Please fill out our Google Form to view payment options and provide your information for a tax receipt.	Official tax donation receipts are issued for donations of $25 or more.

Review our Collection Framework prior to donating.

After reviewing our Collection Framework, initiate the donation process by sending photographs of your donation offer to archivesmuseum@epsb.ca and completing our Records and Objects Donation Form. We are grateful for donations of records and objects that are relevant to the history of Edmonton Public Schools.	Per Item 2500 of the approved Division Retention and Disposition Schedule, historical materials (School Historical Collections) are to be retained at operational schools until the school is slated for permanent closure This approach ensures we have the necessary capacity to support schools through their transitions and can prioritize the intake of historical materials from private donors and sites closing permanently. Archives and Museum appreciates your efforts to abide by the Division Retention and Disposition Schedule.
